At Flirty Fits, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days (customize) of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable).
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., panties, bodysuits, hosiery) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable (state clearly if applicable).

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    • Contact us at [support email] or through your Flirty Fits account with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions
    • Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Shipping Back
    • You may need to ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
    • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid label (specify if offered).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, COD charges, or handling fees may be non-refundable.
  • If you paid using store credit, the refund will be re-issued as store credit.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Bodysuits, shapewear, hosiery

  • Final sale / clearance items
